The Children's Book Fund in loving memory of Lily Lanin will provide books to children living in shelters. The Tanger Hillel at Brooklyn College provides weekly, after school busing. Hillel students buddy up offering homework help, nutritious dinner and fun to these elementary school kids.To add to their experience, this fund will provide a classic children's book in memory of a teacher who was beloved by thousands and whose love of reading and writing changed lives.
